Ever since I was seven years old I wanted to be a shortstop for the New York Yankees. However, my 5’7’’, 98 pound build my freshman year of high school coupled with a general lack of talent left me cut from the JV team and presumably where I more accurately belonged: The Photography Club. After studying Film and Marketing I moved to New York City to continue my passion for media.
To put it simply, I work with people to tell stories. My first love has always been photography and I use it as my starting point to gain inspiration and figure out what kind of story I want to tell.
I worked for Discovery Inc. as a Producer for four years catering to networks such as Discovery Channel, Science Channel, Food Network, TLC, and Animal Planet. Over my time at Discovery, I produced programs such as Ready Jet Cook, The Extra Mile, The Daily Bite, Puppy Bowl, Don’t Blink, and Wild Times with the Irwins.
Currently, I work as a Senior Creative Producer for the design-led agency Jones Knowles Ritchie. At JKR I am able to use my production experience alongside the best designers in the world to create identities for brands like Burger King, Budweiser, Uber, and more. I use all of this experience to work as a Creative Director and Photographer for many of the brands you’ll see throughout my portfolio.
On a more personal level, I’m a tortured sports fan, lover of ramen, quoter of The Office, and photography-obsessed Midwesterner with a brutal jump shot. There's little more I need these days than a camera and a few good people in my life. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy what you see.
